Our main functions are

• to register business enterprises and associations
• to receive and store annual reports
• to register corporate mortgages
• to make decisions in liquidation
• to make information from our registers available
• to register announcements in Post- och Inrikes Tidningar (The Official Gazette) and make them available to the public

Our assignment is to prepare good conditions for the trade and industry. We want to create a good infrastructure for growth and give enterprising people the information they need to fulfil their dreams.

Our e-services make it easy

It must be easy to start an enterprise; the procedure must be quick and it must be correct. For this purpose we have several different e-services, for example the Trade and Industry Register, which contains information on more than one million business enterprises and associations. Another e-service ”Företagsregistrering” allows you to apply for registration of your business enterprise on the web site.

Bolagsverket, an authority financed by charges

The head of Bolagsverket is the Director General Annika Bränström. Bolagsverket's operations are not financed by public funding; and we therefore charge for the products and services we provide.
