The following is a list of the different forms of business enterprise and associations which we register, as well as registers kept by us.

This is what we register:

• Limited liability companies (aktiebolag) – The limited liability companies register.
• Tied agents (anknutna ombud) as stipulated in the Securities Market Act – the Tied agents register.
• Joint-stock banking companies (bankaktiebolag) – The bank register.
• Counselling ban (biträdesförbud) – The counselling ban register. People with judgements passed by courts prohibiting them from acting as economical or legal counsel.
• Housing associations (bostadsföreningar) – The associations register.
• Tenant-owner associations (bostadsrättsföreningar) – The associations register.
• Economic associations (ekonomiska föreningar) – The associations register.
• Simple partnerships (enkla bolag) – The trade register.
• Sole traders (enskilda firmor, enskilda näringsidkare) – The trade register.
• European companies (europabolag) – The European companies register.
• European co-operative associations (europakooperativ)
• European economic interest groupings (EEIG) – The EEIG register.
• Branches of foreign banks (utländska bankers filialer) – The bank register.
• Branches (filialer) – The branch register. Branches of foreign companies as stipulated in the Foreign Branch Offices Act.
• Insurance companies (ltd) (försäkringsaktiebolag) – The insurance companies register, incl. mutual insurance companies.
• Insurance intermediaries (försäkringsförmedlare) – The insurance intermediary register.
• Trading partnerships (handelsbolag) – The trade register.
• Non-profit associations carrying on business activities (ideella föreningar) – The trade register.
• Mortgages (företagsinteckningar) – The corporate mortgage register. Mortgage on a business enterprise may work as security for loans etc.
• Limited partnerships (kommanditbolag) – The trade register.
• Bankruptcies (konkurser) – The bankruptcy register. Information regarding bankruptcies of natural persons and estates of deceased persons. You may order certificates from the bankruptcy register.
• Cooperative tenancy right associations (kooperativa hyresrättsföreningar) – The associations register.
• Membership banks (medlemsbanker) – The bank register.
• Trade ban (näringsförbud) – The trade ban register. Natural persons in Sweden with a court order of trade ban.
• Collective farming associations (sambruksföreningar) – The associations register.
• Savings banks (sparbanker) – The bank register.
• Religious communities (trossamfund) carrying on business activities.
