Here you will find information regarding payment of

• fees for registration and changes of enterprises and associations,
• products and services, e.g. certificate of registration,
• stamp duty and fees for corporate mortgage.

Apply for registration or changes of business enterprises and associations

You may pay by

• charge card
• Internet bank
• Plusgiro or bank giro

Pay the fee when you send in the application form for registration of a new business enterprise or an association or when applying for a change. We do not start processing your registration matter until the payment has been settled. Once we have started the examination of the registration matter the fee cannot be refunded.

Payment by Plusgiro or bank giro

When paying, please state

• name and address of the payer
• your first business name proposal – when registering a new enterprise
• registration number or business name – when changing information in an existing enterprise
• identification number – when you have made your application through the e-service Företagsregistrering
• invoice number – when you need to pay a penalty fee for late filing (of annual reports).

When you have ordered a product or a service from us we shall send you an invoice with payment information. You may choose to have

• a paper invoice by mail
• an electronic invoice (for enterprisers only)

Stamp duty and fees for corporate mortgage

The stamp duty and the fee are paid cash on delivery. If the amount to be paid is more than SEK 50,000 you cannot pay cash on delivery. In that case we shall contact you to agree on a suitable payment method.

Stamp duty and fee for electronic corporate mortgage deeds must be paid by auto giro. Therefore, you need auto giro with us when you apply for a new electronic corporate mortgage. If you have questions about auto giro, please contact our economic division. For contact information, see under Contact us. The cost for using this e-service is charged by invoice.
