On our website you can see and order the latest information on approximately 1 million Swedish enterprises. Use our e-services Sök företagsfakta (web shop) and Näringslivsregistret (the Trade and Industry Register) to gain direct access to this information.

Different ways to order

Sök företagsfakta

If you are in the urgent need of a certificate or maybe an annual report, Sök företagsfakta is the service for you. Here you can download the following documents:

• certificates of registration
• annual reports
• interim reports
• articles of association
• certificate showing a person's current assignments
• certificate showing a person's current and previous assignments

The documents are delivered to your e-mail address and you pay by card. You do not need to be registered as a customer with us.

Näringslivsregistret

If you sign up as a customer to Näringslivsregistret you can log in and search for information about enterprises. In addition to the products available through Sök företagsfakta you may here choose to buy specific facts, as for instance

• signatory power
• the board of directors
• corporate mortgage, if any
• the share capital
• the board of directors in the past

You can see the facts directly on-line or download products electronically. You pay by invoice. To gain access to the service you need to be registered as a customer with us.

The European Business Register

As a customer of the European Business Register (EBR) you may search for information on approximately 20 million enterprises in more than 20 countries.

Order products by using a web form

You may order for example a certificate of registration, annual reports or articles of association to be delivered by regular mail.

Business information by text message

Send a text message with a registration number to 71060 and receive the business name, post town and status of the enterprise, if dissolved.
