If you need information on a regular basis, you can subscribe to one or more of our registers. Perhaps you are interested in all new business registrations in a county or municipality. Or perhaps you want to receive approved annual reports from specific companies.

You may subscribe to company registration certificates, annual reports, new business registrations in certain districts, changes in companies registered with by Euroclear Sweden AB (tidigare VPC AB), monitoring of changes for specific limited liability companies or monitoring of changes in certain districts. We keep a check on our databases and ensure that you are advised of the information required as soon as we register it.

Certificate of registration

Issued on a certain date, once or twice a year.

Annual report

You send us a list of companies. We monitor when the annual reports are filed and send them to you immediately.

New registrations in a certain district

We can select by county, municipality or postal code for all forms of business enterprise.

Changes in a certain business enterprise

At your request, we monitor the changes made in the register and send you information on them.

Changes in companies registered by Euroclear

We can monitor companies quoted on the Stockholm stock exchange. We send you information on the changes once a week.

Changes in a certain district

We can monitor and send you information on changes for all companies in a certain district. Notification once a week.

Entries and changes in the trade ban register

We monitor and send notification immediately.
