Registration of a new business enterprise

To register a new business enterprise, you will need one of our application forms and perhaps some information material.

Most of our application forms are in Swedish, but we are in the process of producing a number of forms in a bilingual version (Swedish-English), and as the material gets ready it will be published on our web site.

You will find the application forms and information in the menu. The forms without a bilingual version will have an explanation in English of the purpose for which each form is used. Please note that it may be necessary to enclose certain documents with the application form.

Changing information in the register

Changes are sometimes made regarding the board of directors. A company may increase its share capital. A sole trader may decide to change his line of business. If you wish to change details which have been entered in the register, you will find the application forms in the menu.
